We take pride in carefully choosing each bean, and we love a story behind the source—from Rwandan coffee that started on a shoestring and started a collective to create a farm, and helped her start a farm to woman-run operatives—to understand the depth of each bean’s flavor profile, its bean density, and iterate/experiment with temperature often.
