As a small roasting company, we focus on making the best coffee while protecting the environment. We find top-quality beans from small, sustainable farms, chosen with respect for the hardworking farmers—like those in Guatemala near volcanoes and the Tzeltal people who help prepare the beans.

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and packed in simple paper bags with notes on roasting details. Local Santa Rosa customers can get their coffee delivered by bike, a green and fun method. We also partner with local restaurants and cafes that value fresh, local ingredients just like us.
