Volo Roasting Company and Bike Monkey began their partnership at the start line of Bike Monkey events, caffeinating competitors and providing bags for podium prizes. When the opportunity came to open a shop at Bike Monkey headquarters, it was a no-brainer. When visiting the shop, you’ll see why Rollup was the perfect name to represent the space between Bike Monkey and Volo Roasting Company.

I found Rollup Coffee by chance when I was walking to my local bike shop. Even though I had just had coffee at another local coffee shop (which will remain nameless for reasons which will become clear later), I decided to try Rollup Coffee. I am glad that I did. The coffee was exceptional and I had just finished a six week trip to Italy. The coffee was as good as any coffee that I had in Italy. I strongly recommend that you try the coffee!

So happy to see this place open! Coffee was great, my partner got a Mocha and I got the Chai Latte. I originally ordered a dirty Chai but Ethan recommended I try the Chai without the shot of espresso first and he was SO right! Vibes are great there. Can't wait to see what it becomes :)

The coffee here is the top notch stuff! I grabbed a light roast Ethiopian and it was fabulous! The barista, Ethan, was awesome! He also made me a macchiato with oat milk…so yummy! Killer tunes to boot as well….Highly recommend!
