We carefully select each individual bean and deeply value the unique stories behind them—such as the inspiring Rwandan coffee that started with very little money, blossomed into a thriving community farm, and now proudly supports women-run operations. We pay close attention to every bean’s flavor profile, weight, and frequently test various roasting temperatures to achieve the absolute best taste possible.
